I'd like to hear what others have to say about this. I'm in a similar situation at this exact moment. Alcohol helps my attraction to her as well on top of the other things you've mentioned. I feel the same way, we live together.
I constantly see hot chicks who get all done up and feel overbearing sexual attraction to them, which i rarely feel for my own mate.
However, when i reflect on how she is; accepting and tolerant of me and my foibles, has similar interests and personality, similar long term goals....

In the long run, looks fade, personality really does count for more. I mean, when you're both old and over fucking all the time, having something you can talk about is key.
Whether you're looking for a bimbo to fulfill your fantasies or a partner to establish deep intimacy with is up to you though.

Fuck I have the opposite, my girl is chubby, but to me she is gorgeous face wise and body. Her personality is "wifey material"
